BAZLAMALI MUDURNU TOST
The story of Serdar Yalçın and his mother, Fatma Yalçın, since 2008, and how we make our bazlama toast.

SINCE 2008
The story of Bazlamalı Mudurnu Tost began in 2008, when Serdar Yalçın started his own business. After university, he opened a small shop in Mudurnu, turning the bazlama bread prepared by his mother, Fatma Yalçın, into toast.
Over time, the small shop welcomed local guests and visitors from other countries. Newspaper stories and a television visit became part of the memories of that journey.
Today, we still carefully bake our own bazlama bread and prepare toast with your favourite fillings.
FROM OUR ARCHIVE
Follow the making of a sucuk and cheese bazlama toast, through photographs taken in our earlier shop.

We start with our carefully baked bazlama bread.

We slice the bazlama through the middle.

Ketchup goes onto the bottom half.

We add mayonnaise over the ketchup.

We arrange the Turkish sausage slices.

Next comes the kaşar cheese.

The filled bazlama goes onto the toast grill.

We toast the other side too.

We brush the top with butter and give it a final toast.

The bazlama toast is ready to serve.
